Previous Experience

Suzana joins Russell Reynolds Associates with 13 years of experience working for leading companies in tax planning, internal controls, contract analysis, financial reporting, SAP implementation, budget control and financial analysis. She was previously the Finance Manager, North/Northeast Brazil for Natura Cosméticos, where she was the coordinator of financial and strategic planning. Previously, Suzana was the Business Planning and Analysis Head - Buenos Aires for Sandoz, the generic pharmaceuticals division of Novartis, where she led the financial planning cycle preparation and was responsible for monthly performance analysis. Before that, she held several finance positions for Novartis in Switzerland, Italy and Germany. She began her career at Procter & Gamble do Brazil as a Tax Manager and Internal Controls Manager.

Suzana serves as the Communications Director of the INSEAD Alumni Association in Brazil.

Education

Suzana received her LL.B. from The Universidade Federal da Bahia, Law School, her M.S. in business administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and her M.B.A. from INSEAD, France. She speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish, Italian, French and intermediate German.
