Susan Howard

Based in Chicago, Susan Howard is a member of the Corporate Officers sector where she works with clients across geographies and industries focusing on their talent initiatives. Susan has recruited executives across functions and has also led multifunctional talent sweeps in Fortune 500 organizations. Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2008, Susan was part of the human resources organization at Citi. During her Citi tenure, she was responsible for recruiting and programming within the Markets and Banking and Consumer organizations. She also spent a year teaching English to junior high school students in Sendai, Japan.

Education

Susan received her B.S. in human and organizational development, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University and her M.Sc. in social policy and planning from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
