Susan Boyd

Susan Boyd leads the firm's Consumer Financial Services Practice and co-leads the Financial Services Information Technology Practice in the Americas. She specializes in recruiting senior executives for leading organizations across the payments and financial services technology industry. Based in Atlanta, Susan conducts Board, CEO, CFO and general management searches across retail and commercial banking, treasury services, mortgage, card issuing, merchant acquiring, mobile banking, and core bank processing.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1998, Susan spent nine years managing corporate banking relationships for SunTrust Banks, Inc. Her experience includes corporate finance, trust and investment management, and small business banking in the Northeastern and Southeastern United States.

Additional Professional Activities

Susan is Vice Chair of the Advisory Board of the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of Skyland Trail, a privately funded, adult psychiatric hospital in Atlanta. She serves on the Board of the Summer Economic Institute, which provides high school students with the opportunity to gain first-hand business experience through corporate internships.

Susan received her B.B.A. in finance from the Honors Program at the University of Georgia.
