Stefan Pap conducts senior-level executive search and assessments for publicly traded and privately held organizations. He focuses on assignments in the technology, industrial and consumer goods sectors. Based in Zurich, he serves both national and international clients.

Previous Experience

Stefan Pap has more than twelve years of management consulting experience and has served clients in retail financial services, telecommunications, logistics, manufacturing, and private equity across Europe and North America. Stefan has helped companies develop and execute growth strategies and increase organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Some of his specific experiences include the re-organization of the retail and marketing units of a telecommunications operator, a change management project to improve global underwriting performance at an insurance company, and an efficiency improvement program at a Swiss logistics player.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Stefan ran his own consulting practice for four years. He started his career at Deloitte and later worked as a project manager in McKinsey & Company’s corporate finance group.

Education

Stefan holds a business degree from Vienna University of Economics and an M.B.A. from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is currently pursuing an Executive Master in coaching and change management at INSEAD.
