Sonia de Demandolx

Sonia de Demandolx specializes in board services assignments in France and in senior executive-level searches and assessments for French companies in Latin America. She is based between Sao Paulo and Paris.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Sonia spent five years at Lazard Frères in Paris, where she was a senior associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory Department, and involved in the execution of a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions.

Education

Sonia received her B.A. in business administration from École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris and her B.A. in law from Université Paris X Nanterres. She is fluent in French and English.

Additional Professional Activities

Sonia is a board member of Global Business School Network, an international nonprofit organization, based in Washington, D.C., working to strengthen management education in emerging markets through a unique global network of business schools.
