Siobhan Caragher

Based in London, Siobhan Caragher leads the firm’s European Insurance Practice and is a key member of the broader Financial Services team. She has experience in conducting CEO and board assignments within the insurance, banking and management consulting sectors. Her track record covers the full range of group corporate centre functions, with a particular emphasis on finance, operations and risk, together with specialist coverage of underwriting, distribution, claims and actuarial. Siobhan also works with clients on leadership development projects incorporating succession and board assessment.

Previous Experience

Siobhan has more than 15 years of experience in the international executive search market, following an earlier career in the insurance industry. Most recently, she has been responsible for conducting board-level assignments in the insurance and consumer financial services sectors.

Education

Siobhan received her B.A. in public policy and administration from the University of Exeter.
