Shigemasa Saida

Shigemasa Saida focuses on CEO, President, Vice President and corporate officers assignments within healthcare, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices and consumer healthcare, as well as clients across the professional services spectrum. Working with global companies, Shigemasa has recruited commercial positions as well as COOs, CHROs, CIOs, CFOs and senior R&D executives.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Shigemasa spent several years at two global executive search firms in Japan. There, he focused on healthcare, professional services and industrial sectors and specialized in C-level appointments and also co-led the HR practice in Tokyo. Before his career in executive search, Shigemasa spent several years with Becton Dickinson as Director of Business Development and General Manager of Medical Systems and served as a member of the leadership team in Japan. He previously was an Analyst in the Operations Finance group with America West Airlines (presently US Airways) in Tempe, Arizona.

Education

Shigemasa received his B.Sc. in civil engineering from The Science University of Tokyo and his Master's in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona.
