Seema Kathuria

Seema Kathuria is a member of the of the firm's Consumer Products and Services and Corporate Officer Practices. Her expertise spans all aspects of executive leadership, including organizational needs from General Managers, President, CEO, Chief Communications Officers, and Commercial leaders. Given her range across the consumer sector, Seema has a deep understanding of the talent and organizational challenges facing consumer organizations. Additionally, she has consulted CEOs and their executive team across transformation of the corporate communications practices from reactive to proactive. Seema is also a member of the Diversity Practice.

Previous Experience

Previously, Seema was a Consultant with CSC, where she advised private equity clients, senior management of consumer goods and pharmaceutical clients on a variety of strategic and operational issues. There, she managed client engagements across mergers and acquisitions (due diligence through post-merger integration), growth/turnaround strategy, channel management, product portfolio planning, sales force analysis and performance improvement. Her career before that included marketing, sales and strategy roles at Pfizer and Ford Motor Company.

Additional Professional Activities

Seema serves on the Women's Board of Brookfield Zoo and The Service Club of Chicago. She is a member of the Union League Club of Chicago.

Education

Seema received her B.A. in political science and economics from Purdue University and her M.B.A. in finance and strategy from the University of Chicago.
