Sarah Galloway

Based in London, Sarah Galloway focuses on senior executive searches for both privately held and publically traded firms in the capital equipment sector, as well as the industrial sector more broadly.

Recent Client Experience

Sarah's recent assignments within the industrial sector include working closely with the board of a capital intensive manufacturing business to find a successor for their outgoing CEO, and to find a Capital Director for a large infrastructure business. In addition, Sarah has been involved in searches to find non-executive directors and chairmen for companies in a range of sectors.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Sarah spent seven years at Bain & Co in London, where she focused on providing strategic consulting advice to a range of consumer, retail, industrial and technology companies. Prior to that, she was a Plant Manager for Helvar, where she was responsible for their U.K. lighting control operations. Sarah began her career with Eurotherm (now part of Invensys).

Education

Sarah received her M.A. and M.Eng. in manufacturing engineering from Churchill College, Cambridge and her M.B.A. from INSEAD.
