Sarah Ladd Eames, based in New York, is an active member of the firm's Health Services and global Life Sciences Practices. She specializes in recruiting senior executive leaders and board members for healthcare services, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and diagnostics companies. She serves a diverse group of clients comprised of large, mid-cap and emerging growth companies in the United States and Europe. In the Health Services sector, she has recruited for multisite for-profit healthcare services companies, managed care organizations and insurance companies as well as not-for-profit hospital systems and foundations. She is the Co-Founder of Russell Reynolds Associates' CEO Roundtable for Healthcare CEOs.

Previous Experience
A seasoned health care industry executive, Sarah possesses more than 25 years of diverse healthcare services and board of director experience in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Sarah was the Deputy Chairman and CEO of the publicly-traded Allied Healthcare International, Inc. She also held roles of increasing responsibility at American Hospital Supply Corporation, Baxter International, and Johnson & Johnson as well as Senior Vice President roles for Apria Healthcare Group.
Additional Professional Activities
Sarah is a board member and serves on the Audit and Finance Committees for Trinity Health. Additionally, she serves on the board of directors of Women Business Leaders of U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation and the Visiting Nursing Services of New York, Partners in Care. She is a member of the Economic Club of New York.
Education
Sarah received her B.A. in economics from Northwestern University, Phi Beta Kappa, and her M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.
