Ron Lumbra

Ron Lumbra is the Global Sector Coordinator, responsible for the firm's industry and functional leader strategies, and major client relationship management program. Ron specializes in board of director searches for leading corporations and also conducts senior executive search and assessment projects for clients in the energy/natural resources industry. He was previously the co-lead for the firm's operations in the Americas.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1998, Ron was with Amoco Corporation, where he served as Regional Vice President for Latin America in their Power Resources business. Previously, he was Vice President for the Americas at The AES Corporation. In addition, Ron served as Director of Investor Relations and Development Manager with the company. Before that, he was a Principal with the Trammell Crow Company. Ron began his career as a sales engineer at Hewlett-Packard Company.

Additional Professional Activities

Ron is a Board Director for the Alumni Association of the University of Vermont and the Harvard Business School Club of Greater New York.

Education

Ron received his B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Vermont and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
