Richard Crux conducts local and global searches for executives in the consumer goods, retail and logistics industries. He focuses on marketing, sales and supply chain roles. He is based in Frankfurt.
Recent Client Experience
Richard recently completed a number of C-suite searches for international FMCG companies, retailers and industrial companies. He has also recruited candidates for country management positions, marketing, sales, supply chain, finance, and HR functions, conducting these assignments for apparel, leisure and hospitality, and professional services companies. Richard has additionally acquired broad executive assessment experience.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2006, Richard was CEO at Stollwerck AG and President, Consumer Europe, at Barry Callebaut AG. Previously, he had spent seven years with Deutsche Post AG, where he was a member of the mail division's board. Before this, Richard was a member of the management board at Kraft Jacobs Suchard. There, he was in charge of marketing the coffee portfolio. He started his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company.
Education
Richard received his master's degree in economics from Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Muenster. He is fluent in German, English and French.
