Puneet Kalra

Previous Experience

Puneet joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Monitor Group, where he spent over three years leading engagements and undertaking business development to expand the organisation in India. He was also a part of the executive leadership team.  Prior to that, he was with Accenture's Management Consulting division as a Senior Manager leading effort on delivery of large engagements and business development.  He spent over 11 years in consulting and has worked for various Indian and MNC clients in FMCG, telecom, heavy engineering, airlines and utilities, in the areas of corporate and business unit strategy, marketing strategy, corporate governance, operational efficiency improvement, outsourcing and regional competitiveness. Puneet also worked for two years in Singapore as the Vice President - Asia Pacific Sales for Polaris Software.

Education

Puneet received his B.E. in electronics and communications from Delhi University and his M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
