Peter Reichman

Peter Reichman is a member of the Financial Officers Practice and is based in New York. He focuses on senior-level searches within the financial services industry, including corporate and divisional chief financial officers, treasurers, chief accounting officers, controllers (corporate and product controllers), senior risk officers, general auditors, and tax executives.  In addition to financial officers, Peter also conducts senior-level searches in compliance, corporate real estate and human resources.

Previous Experience

Peter has 20 years human resources experience across multiple industries. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, he was Executive Director of Human Resources at UBS Investment Bank, where he was responsible for human capital management for financial control, legal and compliance, and the COO office. Previously, he held human resources positions at Time Inc., GE Capital and in the public sector. Peter began his career in government affairs as a Policy Analyst and Legislative Assistant for the State of Wisconsin.

Education

Peter received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his M.P.A. from NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
