Pascale Simon

Pascale Simon conducts assignments for financial services clients in the banking, brokerage and insurance industries. She also specializes in conducting financial officer assignments in Belgium, France and Europe, including CFOs, finance directors, treasurers, group financial controllers and other related disciplines across industries. She is based in Brussels.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Pascale was a banker with Bank Brussels Lambert, ING Group, where she was most recently an Investment Banking Officer and Public Relations Manager. Earlier, she worked as a consultant at the Free University of Brussels.

Education

Pascale received her M.S. in commercial engineering from the Solvay School of Business, University of Brussels.
