Pam Zuercher

Pam Zuercher is a member of the firm’s Consumer Financial Services practice. Based in San Francisco, Pam works with clients across the financial services, technology, and media, entertainment and convergence industries.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Pam spent nine years at Visa Inc. in various global leadership positions including Head of Product Sales, Global Head of Mobile, and Global Head of Product Innovation. Prior to joining Visa Inc., Pam was a consultant for Marakon Associates, a global strategy consulting firm, where she worked with Fortune 100 companies to drive performance and deliver long-term shareholder value.

Education

Pam received her B.S. in economics from Miami University and her M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
