Nicolas Schwartz

Previous Experience

Nicolas joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2004. Prior to his executive search career, he spent three years as a Human Resources Manager for the Thales Group in France and the United Kingdom. Previously, he spent two years working for the Great Jubilee of the Year 2000 organisation in Rome.

Additional Professional Activities

Nicolas is a reserve officer in the French Navy and has served in South Asia, the Middle East and the Balkans.

Education

Nicolas received his M.A. in philosophy and modern languages from St. Peter's College, Oxford University and is a graduate in business administration of the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris business school. He is fluent in English, French, German and Italian.
