Nicolas Manset

Nicolas Manset specialises in financial services assignments, with a particular focus on asset and wealth management, and global banking and markets clients. Nicolas arrived in Hong Kong in September 2009 to lead the firm's Asia Pacific Financial Services Sector. Prior to relocating to Hong Kong, Nicolas was based in the firm's Paris office where he was Country Manager for France. Leveraging his international expertise, Nicolas works on assignments across Europe and Asia and provides his clients with a global perspective when addressing their senior leadership needs.

Previous Experience

Nicolas has 17 years of search and assessment experience. During this time he has worked on assignments across a range of senior executive roles including Chief Executive Officers and Chief Investment Officers, as well as working on Non-Executive roles and other projects to help international investment banks and asset management firms build and strengthen their boards and leadership teams. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1994, Nicolas worked in corporate communications at J.P. Morgan, Paris.

Education

Nicolas received his B.A. from Lincoln International Business School, Paris. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
