Nick Gribbon

Based in London, Nick Gribbon is a member of the firm's Consumer practice.  He works with established multinationals, private companies and private equity backed portfolio businesses within the consumer goods, leisure and travel sectors.  His focus is on the appointments of executives including Managing Directors, Commercial Directors, Marketing Directors, Regional / Global Brand Directors and Chief Financial Officers

Recent Client Experience

Nick's recent assignments within the consumer sector include working with an international food business to recruit their CEO; a consumer goods company to recruit their Global Brand Director; a global fast-food restaurant chain to recruit their UK Marketing Director; a US-based global personal care company to recruit their UK & North European Managing Director and an alcoholic beverages company to recruit their Chief Financial Officer.
 

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in London, Nick spent five years at another leading global executive search firm.  He began his career in London specialising in U.K. and European finance appointments including CFOs, treasurers, group financial controllers, internal auditors and other related disciplines.   In 2006, Nick transferred to the firm´s Mexico City office.  There, he successfully supported a variety of multinational clients in their efforts to upgrade their executive-level talent within their Mexican and Latin American operations.  He returned to the UK in 2010.

Nick received his B.A. in modern languages from Bristol University, U.K.
