Michelle Mion focuses on executive search and assessment assignments for companies in the consumer goods, retail, fashion and healthcare sectors. She is based in Milan.

Recent Client Experience

Michelle's recent assignments include working closely with the headquarters of a multinational company based in Italy, in recruiting the Global Head of the Wholesale Business and the Country Manager of one of their subsidiaries.  Michelle has also conducted the search for the Retail Director of a luxury company and for the Head of the Business Unit of a company belonging to the beauty and cosmetics sector. Within the healthcare sector, Michelle has conducted the search for the Global Marketing Director of one the Business Units of a multinational company based in Italy.

Previous Experience

Prior to Russell Reynolds Associates, Michelle worked at The Boston Consulting Group, where she was a Project Leader, responsible for strategy assignments in the consumer goods and healthcare industries. Prior to that, Michelle was with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she audited companies belonging to multinational groups located in the United Kingdom and United States.

Education

Michelle received her degree in business administration from the University of Venice, and her M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. She is fluent in English and Italian.
