Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Michael was Director, Technology Client Services, at Sitaro Group, Ltd., where he helped Fortune 500 technology firms deploy world-class marketing and channels processes, tools and organizational strategies. Prior to Sitaro, Michael led marketing efforts for a business-to-business Internet startup, Showbuyer.com, and began his career as a Business Analyst at Young & Rubicam's Wunderman direct marketing agency.

Education

Michael received his B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, in political science from Columbia University and his M.B.A. from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
