Matthew Wright

Matthew Wright is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Russell Reynolds Associates and serves on the Board of Directors.  Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, he led the firm's activities in Asia/Pacific and Europe.  He is based in London.

Previous Experience

Matthew has nearly 25 years of executive search experience, focusing on investment banking and board appointments.  He joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 1993, becoming the firm's Financial Services Sector Leader for Europe in 1994 and then Co-Global Financial Services Sector Leader a year later.  In 1998, he assumed leadership of the firm's activities in Europe and took on additional responsibility for Asia in 2004.

Education

Matthew received his LL.B. (law), with honors, from the University of Hull.
