Mario Pepe

Mario Pepe works with leading organizations across the Technology/Media/Telecom (TMT) and Industrial/Natural Resources sectors, in addition to serving primary Private Equity Funds; he also supports the Global CIO practice. Mario is based in Milan.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Mario was a Principal of a leading global executive search firm where he spent six years in their Milan and Rome offices, working on assignments for both primary institutions and private equity funds, with a strong focus on the Tech/Media/Telco (TMT) and Industrial sectors. He also advised clients on CIO-related assignments, both domestically and internationally. Prior to his executive search career, Mario worked as a Senior Manager for Bain & Company in Milan and London advising clients in the banking and technology sectors. Before that, he was a Case Team Leader/Jr. Manager at Boston Consulting Group in Toronto and, prior to that, Business Development Manager at VirtualNet, an internet startup based in Silicon Valley.

Education

Mario completed his B.S. degree in engineering management at the School of Engineering, Polytechnic of Milan (U.S.I.U. certified) and his M.I.B.A. at Stanford University and the University of San Diego.
