Based in Warsaw, Malgorzata Cyganowska focuses on assignments across the industrial/natural resources, consumer and healthcare sectors. She conducts senior level executive search assignments as well as executive assessments in Poland and throughout Central and Eastern Europe.

Malgorzata has more than 10 years of executive search experience. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, she was Principal, Poland and CEE Region for another leading executive search firm and a member of their Global Life Sciences Practice. Throughout the years, she has worked with many of the most important local market players as well as international blue chips. Prior to that, she was with boutique firms working in Poland, the Czech Republic and Tel Aviv, Israel.

Malgorzata received her M. Sc. in international economics and her European Integration and International Business Management Diplomas from Warsaw School of Economics. She is fluent in English and speaks conversational Russian in addition to her native Polish.
