Lyndon A. Taylor

Lyndon A. Taylor is a member of the Financial Services sector and works with clients across both banking and investment management. He is also a member of the CEO/Board Services team and leads the firm's Diversity practice.

Recent Client Experience

Lyndon has worked with both publicly-traded and private-held organizations. His recent financial services assignments include the Chief Executive Officer of a large asset and wealth management firm, the Chief Investment Officer for a large corporate pension plan, and the Chief Risk Officer for one of the largest financial institutions in the U.S., among other assignments.

Lyndon’s recent board experience include working with one of the world's largest asset managers to replace retiring board members; a Fortune 500 company to add board members with services experience; and a fast growing regional bank to increase board diversity.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Lyndon worked in investment banking at UBS. Earlier in his career, Lyndon worked in corporate development for Enron, investment banking with Merrill Lynch, and also served in the U.S. Navy.

Additional Professional Activities

Lyndon serves on the Board of Directors of Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. He previously received the Rising Star Award from the University of Chicago African American M.B.A. Association.

Education

Lyndon received his B.A. in history and his B.S. in ethnic studies from Southern Methodist University, and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business.
