Lynda Wu

Lynda Wu specialises in financial services assignments, with a particular focus on global banking and capital markets, asset and wealth management, private equity, and insurance. She is based in Beijing.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Lynda was with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). As a Director in their Financial Services Management Consulting Practice, Lynda was responsible for leading the business development and execution of major risk management, business strategies and operations, and system design consulting projects across the Greater China region for major domestic and multinational financial institutions. Prior to that, Lynda was an auditor in PwC’s New York Banking and Capital Markets Assurance Practice. Lynda began her career as an Assistant Economist in Air China’s marketing department.

Education

Lynda received her B.A. in English literature from Sichuan University in China, her M.A.S. in accounting science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her M.A. in economics from the Illinois State University (U.S.A.). Lynda is fluent in Mandarin and English, and speaks basic French.
