Lívia Duarte

Lívia Duarte is a member of the firm’s Financial Services sector, focusing on global banking and markets, asset and wealth management and hedge funds. Based in São Paulo, she is also a member of the firm’s Private Equity practice.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2007, Lívia was a Search Consultant working across the financial services industry, executing assignments in Compliance, Auditing, Corporate Finance, M&A, and Risk Management. She has also worked at BankBoston in São Paulo, within the Corporate and Investment Banking group for four years, as a Lending & Structured Finance product specialist. She was focused on structuring loans, lease and other credit transactions.

Education

Lívia received her B.A. in business administration from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. She is fluent in English.
