Lisa Baird

Lisa Baird is a member of the Asset and Wealth Management practice and conducts senior executive assignments for alternative and long only asset and wealth management firms. She is based in Stamford, CT and New York, NY.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Lisa was with another leading executive search firm, where she was a Senior Director and led search assignments for asset management firms, hedge funds, private equity firms, commercial and investment banks, insurance companies, and other financial services firms. Previously, she was Director of Research at Greenwich Associates, covering the asset management industry. Lisa also worked in strategic marketing with Fidelity Investments institutional 401(k) business and at Cerulli Associates, as a Senior Analyst covering the institutional asset management sector. Lisa began her career as an investment banking analyst with Goldman Sachs and served as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company, where she led strategic consulting assignments for global financial services firms.

Additional Professional Activities

Lisa is a member of the Board of the Cerebral Palsy International Research Foundation (CPIRF), a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to funding research and educational activities directly relevant to discovering the cause, cure, and evidence based care for those with cerebral palsy and related brain disorders.

Education

Lisa received her A.B. in public policy with a concentration in economics from Princeton University, Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
