Lenny Vairo

Lenny Vairo is a member of the firm’s Technology and Business Services Sector. He specializes in CEO, board of director and senior-level executive assignments. Lenny’s client list reflects a balance between large public companies and private equity-backed emerging growth businesses. Additionally, Lenny leads our financial officer practice for technology and business services clients across the United States. He is based in Boston.

Previous Experience

Lenny has fifteen years of executive search experience. Previously, he led a start-up venture to revenue of more than $22 million in 2 years, after enjoying a successful 15-year career in finance, sales and general management with Fortune 100 companies.

Additional Professional Activities

Lenny is a very active alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania, having led capital campaigns, serving on the board of Penn Athletics and interviewing prospective student applicants through the Penn Alumni Network. He is on the Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Patient Care & Quality Committee at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.

Lenny received his B.S. in Finance and Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and his M.B.A. from Northeastern University.
