Based in New York, Laurie Nash works with not-for-profit organizations across a diverse range of industries and specializes in advising top cultural and educational organizations and foundations. Laurie's extensive experience partnering with institutional search committees, along with her global network of cultural leaders, enables her to counsel her clients effectively as they seek to engage the industry's top talent. Laurie is a member of the Not-For-Profit Sector and leads the firm's Culture, Conservation and Foundations Practice.
Previous Experience
Laurie has 10 years of executive search experience and joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2008. She began her career at independent secondary schools, including the Groton School and Albuquerque Academy. After attending business school, she worked for technology-related companies, including Diamond Cluster International and DoubleClick, where she was involved in client services, business development, and management consulting.
Additional Professional Activities
Laurie is a member of the New York Council of the National Resources Defense Council (NRDC) and also serves on the Alumni Council of Phillips Academy Andover and is a board member on the Alliance for Young Artists and Writers.
Education
Laurie received her B.A. in history from Yale University and her M.B.A. from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
