Katrien Demeester

Katrien Demeester conducts executive search assignments in Belgium and Europe, within the technology and professional services industries, including telecoms, software and services, hardware and electronics. Katrien is based in Brussels.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Katrien spent five years in various leadership positions with FreeMarkets, a leading provider of supply management software and service solutions, where she was Global Operations Leader and European Resource and Development Manager. Prior to this, she worked at Procter & Gamble, where she held various finance positions in the European and Belgian organizations.

Education

Katrien received her commercial engineering degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and her M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Ms. Demeester is fluent in Dutch, French and English.
