John Rogan

Based in New York, John leads the Global Banking and Markets Practice globally, and conducts a broad range of senior level searches across the financial services industry. John is also a senior member of the firm's CEO/Board Services and the Corporate Security Officers Practices.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1988, John spent five years in banking at NatWest USA in the Media Group. After college, John signed a professional football contract with the New York Jets and went on to play two seasons for the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League.

Additional Professional Activities

John is a Fellow of Timothy Dwight College, Yale University. He is the Chairman of the Yale Alumni Schools Committee for Greenwich. John serves on the Board of the Greenwich Old Timers Association, a not-for-profit organization started 50 years ago to support youth sports and provide scholarships for local high school students.

Education

John received his B.A. from Yale University. He also attended Harvard Business School's Executive Education Program.
