Jennifer Potter-Brotman

Jennifer Potter-Brotman is a member of the Human Resources, and Business and Professional Services Practices and Corporate Officers Sector. She has client relationships across a broad spectrum of industries, including professional services, not-for-profits, and both service- and manufacturing-related entities. Based in Boston, she focuses primarily on recruiting corporate officers and key executives for industries in her area of interest.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Jennifer worked at Humphrey Enterprises, a private equity/venture capital firm, where she served as a principal. Before that, Jennifer was the President and CEO of The Forum Corporation, a leader in corporate training and education. During her 21-year tenure, Jennifer held many key leadership positions, including COO of Forum, CEO of Forum Europe, Head of Forum's core learning business and Executive Vice President, Marketing, Product Development and Strategy. Jennifer began her career in publishing with Little, Brown and Company and has successful track record leading growing businesses, setting strategic direction and consulting with key clients globally.

Additional Professional Activities

Jennifer is a member of the Board of Directors of The Commonwealth Institute, a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, and a former President of the Board of Trustees of Beaver Country Day School.

Education

Jennifer received her B.A. in English literature from the University of New Hampshire and attended the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD.
