Jenna Fisher leads the Financial Officers Practice in the Americas and specializes in leading senior financial officer assignments, serving clients across various sectors, including the technology, consumer, healthcare and retail industries. Jenna's clients include Fortune 1000 corporations, middle-market private equity portfolio companies, as well as highly visible, pre-public venture capital-backed enterprises. The majority of her work over the past ten years has been recruiting CFOs, although she has conducted numerous assignments for treasurers, controllers, internal audit executives, and division chief financial officers. Jenna is also involved at the board level, recruiting financial experts to serve on Audit Committees. She is based in San Francisco.

Over the last several years, Jenna has successfully completed nearly 100 CFO searches in software, hardware, healthcare, retail and consumer products. Her work with portfolio and pre-public companies includes some of the fastest-growing and best recognized companies. Jenna also specializes in providing counsel to boards as they prepare their organizations for CFO succession, which often includes assessment of internal candidates. Her work spans North America, Europe and Asia.

Previous Experience

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Jenna was a consultant with Bain & Company, where she advised private equity clients and the senior management of Fortune 500 technology, consumer goods and retail companies on a variety of strategic issues. She started her career as an entrepreneur, founding and successfully selling a services company in Houston.

Education

Jenna received her B.A., cum laude, in Sociology from Rice University, her M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and attended Duke University Law School.
