Jeffrey Warren

Jeffrey Warren leads the firm's Financial Services sector in the Americas and is the Area Manager for the Los Angeles office. He conducts financial services, financial officers and senior management assignments in a broad range of industries. Based in Los Angeles, he works with a variety of private equity, asset management, banking and real estate clients. He works closely with private equity firms on principal and portfolio company searches and is a member of the firm's CEO/Board Services Practice.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1999, Jeff was Director of Business Development for KSL Fairways, a wholly owned subsidiary of KSL Recreation Corporation and a private equity affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. In this role, he oversaw business development, acquisition and strategic planning activities. Previously, Jeff was in the Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch and, earlier, with Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company in the Merchant Banking Group.

Additional Professional Activities

Jeff is on the Board of Directors of the Neighborhood Youth Association of Los Angeles and the Board of Advisors for Echelon Advisors.  He is also a member of the Santa Monica Chapter of YPO.

Education

Jeff received his B.A. in economics and political science from Vanderbilt University, and his M.B.A. in finance and entrepreneurial studies from the University of California, Los Angeles, Anderson School of Management.
