Jane Dowding

Based in London, Jane Dowding co-leads the global Media, Entertainment and Convergence Practice with a specific focus on Europe and Asia/Pacific. She is also a member of the Consumer and Technology Sectors.

Previous Experience

Jane has more than 10 years experience in executive search. Prior to rejoining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2005, she was an International Human Resources Manager with FremantleMedia Group Ltd., a leading international television production company. There, Jane managed projects to attract, retain and develop talent across various businesses. During her prior engagement with the firm, she developed a number of international client relationships, particularly in broadcast, home entertainment, Internet and print media.

Jane is a member of the Royal Television Society, and Women in Film and Television.

Education

Jane received her B.A., with honors, in English literature from Exeter University.
