Jana Rich

Jana leads the leads the Consumer Sector for the Americas. She also co-leads the Media, Entertainment, and Convergence practice globally. She specializes in recruiting senior-level executives for clients in the internet, eCommerce, media and entertainment, and technology industries. She is based in San Francisco and has more than fifteen years of executive recruiting experience.

Jana has successfully recruited executives for companies at various stages of their development from early stage startups to Fortune 500 companies. Early in her career, Jana co-led the national recruiting effort for Coopers & Lybrand, building the management consulting practice from its inception to more than 400 people over the course of two years.

Previous Experience

Jana began her career as a public relations account executive at Howard Rubenstein and Associates in New York.

Education

Jana received her B.A. in psychology from Vassar College and her M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
