James Roome

James Roome is a member of the firm's Technology Sector, primarily focused on telecoms and IT services clients. Based in London, James co-leads the firm's global telecoms practice and recruits senior executives for operators, telecoms solutions, consulting, systems integration and outsourcing clients. He works with both established market leaders and fast growth companies.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, James was a management consultant with Ernst and Young Consulting and then Cap Gemini Ernst and Young (now Capgemini). As a senior member of the Transformation Management team, he specialized in transformation design and accelerated solution techniques. He delivered projects across multiple industry sectors, including financial services and government. Prior to that, James was a project manager with British Airways' Airport Operations group.

Education

James received his B.Sc in management sciences from Loughborough University.
