Based in the New York office, Libby Naumes is a member of the firm's Digital Transformation Practice. She focuses on assignments in media, entertainment, sports, retail and convergence including traditional, online, ecommerce and mobile media and technology companies.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Libby worked at NASDAQ OMX in their Corporate Solutions Division, where she was the Director of Marketing & Communications. In this role Libby managed and oversaw the marketing, public relations and communications strategy of this business unit; executing marketing and PR plans for internal and external product launches, development/design of collateral, implemented strategic sales campaigns, managed internal sales training and customer trainings and developed all print, broadcast and social media outreach.
Libby received her B.A. in Marketing from The Carroll School of Management at Boston College and was a member of the Women’s Varsity Lacrosse Team.
