Jessica leverages her knowledge in these areas to advise Fortune 500 companies and startups alike on how to create transformative leadership solutions and leverage talent to improve the customer experience. She is based in New York.
Jessica brings diversified experience spanning the media, retail, consumer and advertising industries. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, she drove innovation at Time Inc. as the Director of Digital Strategy and as a member of the firm's Corporate Strategy group. Jessica also served as the Director of Business Planning for Next Issue Media, a digital startup funded by major content companies including Conde Nast, Hearst and News Corp. Her experience is rooted in marketing, including her work at Limited Brands, where she led the rebranding efforts of the Lerner clothing chain as it transitioned to New York & Company, as well as her work at Grey Global Group, where she served packaged goods clients including The Procter & Gamble Company and GlaxoSmithKline.
Jessica received her B.S. in Marketing from New York University and her M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
