Jessica Weber is a member of the Consumer Sector and a senior leader within the Digital Transformation and Retail Practices. She also co-leads the firm’s global Creative Practice, which specializes in content, editorial and design roles. Jessica recruits CEOs and general managers, in addition to functional executives with expertise spanning marketing, content, e-commerce, operations and strategy. She leverages her knowledge in these areas to advise Fortune 500 companies and startups alike on how to create transformative leadership solutions and leverage talent to improve customer experience. Jessica is based in New York.
Jessica brings diversified experience spanning the media, retail and CPG industries. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, she drove digital strategy and innovation at Time Inc., and also served as a member of the company’s Corporate Strategy group. Jessica also helped devise and launch Texture, a digital content subscription service funded by major publishers including News Corp., Conde Nast and Hearst, that was ultimately acquired by Apple. Her experience is rooted in marketing, including her work at Limited Brands, where she led the rebranding efforts of the Lerner clothing chain as it transitioned to New York & Company. Jessica also worked at Grey Global Group, where she served packaged goods clients including Procter & Gamble Co. and GlaxoSmithKline.
Jessica received her BS in marketing from New York University and her MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
