Andrew Hayes leads the firm's Consumer Products practice in North America and also serves as a member of the firm's CEO/Board Services practice and Leisure and Hospitality practice. He advises clients on a wide range of Succession Planning, Leadership Assessment and recruitment projects and recruits outstanding leaders for general management, president, CEO, and Board roles, as well as senior marketing and sales positions. His understanding of these critical roles and functions, combined with his extensive experience in the consumer sector, allows him to effectively provide clients with winning leadership solutions. Andrew serves as a trusted advisor to a variety of clients which range from global Fortune 500 to smaller domestic, private and private equity companies. Andrew is based in Houston.
Andrew has 20 years of U.S. and international consumer marketing and brand-building experience. He was most recently Chief Marketing Officer for Shell's global Consumer Lubricants Division, where he helped build Shell's consumer franchises (Pennzoil, Quaker State and Shell Helix) in key growth markets. Previously, Andrew was Vice President, Global Oral Care New Forms at Colgate-Palmolive and before that, Global Vice President, Marketing and Strategic Planning for the Adams Confectionery Division of Warner-Lambert (now Mondelez). Andrew spent the first 13 years of his career in marketing and general management roles with Warner-Lambert, where he played an instrumental role in the globalization of the Adams business and growth of their core brands (Trident, Dentyne, Halls, Chiclets).
Andrew received his Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Queens University in Kingston, Canada.
