Inhye Kim

Inhye Kim's diverse experience includes roles in general management, management consulting, and sales and marketing. She has extensive global experience working for corporations in Hong Kong, Korea and the U.S.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Inhye spent nine years with two other leading executive search and assessment firms where she was a Partner in their Singapore office, covering pan-Asian clients. There, she was also responsible for operations in Korea and specialized in technology searches. Prior to her executive search career, Inhye worked as a Regional Director and Country Manager for Infospace and was the Head of Sales for Lucent Technologies, responsible for the SK Telecom key account. She started her career at Andersen Consulting, now Accenture, as a Consultant.

Education

Inhye completed her undergraduate work at Yonsei University in Korea, earned her M.B.A. from Harvard University and an M.S. in management of information systems from Boston University.
