Hidekazu Kuraguchi

Hidekazu Kuraguchi focuses on senior-level executive assignments within the industrial and technology sectors. His area of expertise includes automotive parts and equipment, alternative and clean energy, electronics parts and components, semiconductor manufacturing and equipment, chemical, supply chain and logistics. He also possesses extensive experience in executive assessment, including the recent pre-merger assessment of executives for two listed industrial companies.

Previous Experience

Hidekazu has seven years of executive search experience. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, he founded and spent three years as Representative Director of a venture company that develops and provides preventive medical service.

Earlier in his career he spent 16 years with Schlumberger Ltd., a leading service provider of oil and gas exploration and development, where he held positions including General Manager Japan and General Manager U.K. North Sea.

Education

Hidekazu received his B.Sc. in engineering from the University of Tokyo.
