Hidekazu Iwamoto works with leading organizations throughout the Industrial/Natural Resources and Technology sectors and is based in Tokyo.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Hidekazu was a Principal of a leading global executive search firm where he engaged in senior level executive search, executive assessment and leadership development projects for both multinational and Japanese clients. He was also member of the Human Resources, Industrial and Technology sectors. Prior to that, he spent five years at GE Healthcare, where he was most recently the General Manager, Marquette Marketing Division and led two marketing groups: Monitor and Cardiology. Hidekazu also worked for AT Kearney KK and began his professional career in the Corporate Planning Department at Sony.

Education

Hidekazu received his B.A. in history from Keio University and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
