With a pronounced track record of helping recruit and develop diverse talent, Hetty excels at helping companies match their people with their strategic agenda, particularly in periods of significant transformation. Based in London, Hetty recruits CEOs, senior executives and Non-executive Directors for quoted, private and private equity-backed companies. She has extensive experience advising clients on succession planning, as well as Board composition and development.

During her 17 years with the company, Hetty has established herself as a leading voice to clients. She has advised numerous companies on their leadership challenges, carrying out top team benchmarking projects and helping companies and business leaders re-orientate themselves with an ESG-led agenda, with a particular focus upon companies that operate assets and services in high profile, multi-stakeholder environments. Hetty is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Board and CEO Advisory Partners Sector. She also chairs the LEAP Board at Russell Reynolds, advising on promotions and development across the firm. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Hetty worked across the industrial and consumer market sectors. She specialised in FTSE 100 Chair, Non-executive Director and CEO succession projects, with an emphasis on the transfer of talent across sector and function.
