Henry de Montebello

Based in Paris, Henry de Montebello conducts senior executive and board searches and assessments internationally for major organizations in the areas of consumer markets, industry and financial services. Henry has completed numerous high-profile searches for board members, presidents and CEOs of world-leading corporations.

Recent Client Experience

Henry has recently helped put together a board of directors from scratch for a European leader in industrial services as well as worked on the recruitment of three female Board members for a major CAC 40 company, the Treasurer of an SBF 120 company in consumer packaged goods and the Managing Director of a major Foundation of public interest.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1979, Henry served as a Management Consultant with Cresap, McCormick and Paget, Inc., in London, working on strategy and organizational studies throughout Europe, the Middle East and Mexico.

Additional Professional Activities

Henry is an advisory board member of the American Chamber of Commerce in France, a member of the Alumni Board of the Darden School, University of Virginia, and he serves on the International Business Committee for the Metropolitan Museum of Art (New York). He is often a speaker at a variety of business and academic forums.

Education

Henry received his A.B., cum laude, from Harvard University and his M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Virginia.
