Heather Hammond

Heather Hammond is the Area Manager for the New York and Stamford offices. A senior member of the firm's Financial Services sector, she focuses on investment banking and capital markets positions and is also a member of the firm's Private Equity practice. She is based in New York.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Heather worked in the Global Capital Markets Group of Morgan Stanley. She spent seven years at Morgan Stanley, first in the Debt Capital Markets Group and then in Research on the Global Automotive Team, which was ranked the number-one Automotive Equity Research Team by Institutional Investor magazine. She worked as a summer associate at Goldman Sachs. Heather later rejoined Morgan Stanley, first in the Corporate Finance Division and then in Liability Management, within the Global Capital Markets Group.

Education

Heather received her B.A. in economics from Smith College and her M.B.A., with concentrations in finance and strategy, from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
