Hatty Cadman

Hatty Cadman focuses on senior level assignments for a variety of clients in the Not-for-Profit and Public Sectors, including in government, public and private healthcare, education, and the voluntary sector, as well as in international development.  Her assignments include Chief Executive, Non-Executive and general management appointments, as well as a variety of functional leadership roles.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2003 as a researcher in the consumer sector, Hatty was a consultant for an executive search boutique focusing on investment banking professionals. 

Additional Professional Activities

Hatty is a Governor of Millbank School in Westminster.

Education

Hatty received her B.A. in modern history from Brasenose College, Oxford.
