Previous Experience

Graham has over 10 years of executive search experience. He joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Rhodes Associates, a boutique search firm focused on Real Estate, where he was responsible for client management, search execution and business development in New York. Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate with a leading executive search firm. He began his career as an Associate, Emerging Markets Fixed Income Sales, with UBS Investment Bank.

Education

Graham received his B.S. in sociology from Duke University and his M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business, University of Virginia.
