Gabrielle Lajoie

Gabrielle Lajoie specializes in executive officer and board of director searches for both private and publicly held biotechnology, pharmaceutical and diagnostic companies.   Based in San Francisco, Gabby also frequently works with venture capitalists to attract senior management to their portfolio companies.  

She is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ global Healthcare Sector, which she previously co-led for five years. Gabby has led executive searches for more than two decades, establishing herself as an expert in the healthcare space.  

Before joining our firm in 1999, Gabby was a consultant with CSC Healthcare/APM Management Consultants in New York. Previously, she was a senior benefits analyst with PepsiCo, where she advised divisions on managed healthcare strategies. She began her career with Towers Perrin.
